To provide a unified experience, limited data is shared between users at the moment of booking:

Guests to Hosts / Vendors:Your name and contact details are shared to coordinate check-ins and handovers.
Mobility & Provisions:Delivery addresses and vehicle pickup locations are shared with the specific Vendor assigned to your order.
Service Pros:Cleaning and maintenance vendors receive property access details only for the duration of their scheduled task.

Protection:We utilize industry-standard encryption and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or data leaks.
Retention:We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected. Financial and tax-related records are stored for the duration required by Spanish law (typically 5–6 years).
