Every feature on this page is included for every business, with no monthly fee. LocalKurb earns a commission on sales paid online; sales paid in cash carry no commission. Two optional items have their own price, shown before ordering: Stripe card readers and guest identity checks for stays. A business switches on the tools it needs today and adds more as it grows, without changing platform.
Sell and Take Bookings Online
Customers find the business, book and pay online, in their own language.
Storefront
Each business receives its own public page with photos, offerings, prices, opening hours, location and reviews. Customers book, order and pay directly from it.
Holiday Rentals
Hosts list properties with photos, amenities, a map location and availability, approve or decline booking requests, and can order a guest identity check. Spanish regional registration numbers and a tourist tax report are supported.
Appointments and Venue Management (VMS)
Salons, clinics, studios and other appointment-based businesses manage bookings on one calendar, with staff and resource assignment, a live waiting queue and QR check-in on arrival.
Restaurant Ordering
Digital menus with options, extras and allergen information. Customers order online for pickup at a chosen time, for delivery by the restaurant's own staff or a local courier, or at the table by scanning a QR code.
Shop Orders for Collection
Shops sell products online for collection in store. Each order arrives on the register with an order code, and the customer is notified when it is ready.
Tickets and Tours
Events, attractions and tour operators sell tickets from their storefront. Each purchase issues a QR ticket that staff scan at the entrance.
Car Rental
Rental companies list vehicles that customers find on a map or in a list, book for their dates and pay online, with a security deposit where the company requires one and damage claims against it.
Cleaning, Maintenance and Other Services
Cleaning companies, maintenance professionals and other local services publish bookable services with their own prices and availability. Other businesses choose their business category and list what they offer.
Delivery by Local Couriers
Businesses without their own drivers offer delivery through verified local couriers. Each delivery is tracked from pickup to drop-off, and pickup is confirmed with a QR scan.

Tools for the counter, the kitchen and the team, sharing the same menu and orders as the online storefront.
Point of Sale (POS)
A register for tablets, computers and phones: open an order per table, settle the bill in cash or by card, issue receipts, and show orders on a customer display and an order status board.
Kitchen Display System (KDS)
Orders from the register, the kiosk, table ordering and online orders arrive on one kitchen screen. Marking a dish as sold out updates menus, registers and kiosks at once.
Self-Service Kiosk
A tablet becomes an ordering kiosk: customers choose their meal, pay at the kiosk and collect it when it is ready.
In-Person Card Payments
Card payments at the counter with Stripe card readers or Tap to Pay on a supported phone, recorded together with online sales.
Quick Pay
Charge any amount on the spot with a payment link or QR code that the customer pays on their own phone.

One Scanner for Everything
A single scan page checks tickets, appointment check-ins, add-ons and courier pickups with any phone camera.
Payments, Payouts and Paperwork
Payments run through Stripe, and every sale is recorded for the business and its accountant.
Online Payments via Stripe
Customers pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and can pay several businesses in one checkout. The business's share is paid out automatically to its connected Stripe account.
Reporting
Sales, refunds, commission and payouts for each transaction, with period totals that can be exported as CSV.
Refunds and Cancellation Policies
Cancellations are governed by LocalKurb's cancellation policy for each booking type, not by the individual business. Customers see the refund due before confirming a cancellation, and refunds are returned automatically to the original payment method through Stripe. Businesses can also issue full or partial refunds from the order.
VAT, Receipts and Invoices
VAT is set for each listing or offering, customers receive a receipt for every purchase, and LocalKurb issues a monthly invoice for its commission, with credit notes for refunds.
Coupons
Discount coupons with a code, a validity period and a usage limit, to attract new customers and bring regular ones back.
Customers and Support
Communication with customers, and help for the business whenever it is needed.
Six Languages
LocalKurb is available in English, Spanish, German, French, Swedish and Italian. Listing descriptions are translated automatically for customers who use another language, and the business can correct any translation.
Customer Messaging
Built-in messaging with customers before, during and after a booking or order, kept together with that booking.
Verified Reviews
Only customers with a completed booking or order can leave a review, and the business can reply publicly.
