Welcome to LocalKurb (www.localkurb.com). Our company policy outlines our operational framework, business model, and the boundaries of our services to ensure transparency for all users, including short-term rental hosts, service providers, and their clients.

Core Business Model (Pure SaaS)

LocalKurb operates exclusively as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We build, maintain, and license cloud-based software infrastructure designed to help independent hosts and local service providers manage their business operations, scheduling, and client relations. LocalKurb is not an online travel agency (OTA), real estate brokerage, property management company, or financial intermediary. Our revenue is derived strictly from recurring software subscription fees paid by hosts and service providers. We do not take commissions on bookings, nor do we participate in the revenue generated between users of our software and their clients.

Operational Autonomy

Every host and service provider utilizing LocalKurb operates as an entirely independent business entity. They are solely responsible for:

Setting their own pricing, house rules, and availability.
Managing their own client relationships and communications.
Collecting and securing their own client documentation and data.

Non-Intervention in Local Regulations

LocalKurb provides software globally but does not manage local operational compliance. Users of our software are entirely responsible for securing all necessary licenses, permits, and tax registrations required to operate short-term rentals or commercial services in their respective geographic jurisdictions.

As a technology company, LocalKurb may periodically update its software features and company policies. Any changes to our core operating framework will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
